This page explains what Tymos does with the data you provide on the site, under Brazilian data protection law (LGPD).

We use what you provide only to reply to your message.

We do not sell, hand over or send your data to third parties.
- Deleted on request
Ask us to delete it and we will, and confirm it.
What we keep
If you fill in the contact form, we keep the name, the WhatsApp number, the type of business and the message you wrote. We also keep which page of the site you came from and, if the link had one, the source campaign (UTM).
Where it is kept
In an internal Tymos system, with access restricted to the team, on our own server. The WhatsApp button opens a conversation on WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
Why we keep it
Only to reply to your message and talk about the system you need. We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, hand over or send your data to third parties.
For how long
As long as the conversation makes sense. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
How to delete it
Send a message to [email protected] or through WhatsApp itself asking for deletion. We delete it and confirm.
