Why this exists
A dental clinic lives on full chairs. But the schedule sits in a notebook or a spreadsheet, patient records on paper, quotes in a PDF on WhatsApp and the finances in yet another spreadsheet. So the patient who often skips shows up unannounced, the six-month recall is forgotten and nobody knows how much the clinic made this month.
Occlo is our own product. It brings scheduling, patient records, quotes, finance and WhatsApp service together in one place. It is already in use.
